Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will assist with a wide range of direct response marketing efforts, with a huge focus on system management and ad operations. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will also touch upon nearly every aspect of contemporary digital marketing, including Facebook ads, Google AdWords, site design and development, email, reporting, and data analysis.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supporting marketing department managers, primarily through building and reporting on first party and third-party marketing campaigns
• Assisting and executing on tasks within any platform used for the purposes of buying and managing first party and third-party marketing campaigns
• Support the team with day to day responsibilities in performance reporting, competitive analytics, and account management.
• Working with Affiliate team to help onboarding new partners
• Project coordination on ad hoc and ongoing initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, data analysis, or communications
• 1 year of experience in a direct response marketing role, either in an agency or for a direct-to-consumer business
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Strong reporting skills - comfort building and analyzing reports on Excel and Google Sheets

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with Adobe suite
• Functional understanding of launching and managing campaigns on AdWords and Facebook Ads
• Experience in performance marketing or demand generation space

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
