Job Summary
As a Marketing Operations intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team's data-driven efforts. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, reporting, data analysis, and data management. You will work closely with various members of the Marketing team to extract and analyze data and generate actionable insights. In this role, you'll also assist with list uploads and learn marketing automation basics.
Duties and Responsibilities
Data extraction and reporting:

• Assist in pulling data from various sources (CRM platform, other Martech platforms)
• Assist with additional reporting needs

Data analysis
:

• Analyze extracted data to identify trends, patterns, or opportunities for improvement
• Help generate insights from data analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics

Data management:

• Assist with list uploads, ensuring accurate and complete data uploads into marketing platforms, performing data lookups and verifying information when necessary
• Clean and validate data to eliminate duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies
• Append data to existing records as needed to ensure a more comprehensive and effective database

Marketing automation technology:

• Gain exposure to marketing automation tools and platforms
• Learn the basics of how marketing automation systems work and how they integrate with data to streamline marketing processes

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Interest in learning about Marketing data and technology
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn

This position offers a s alary range of $20.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range ba sed o n various facto r s , such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
