We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Operations Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Support Marketing and Growth team with Marketo & Salesforce campaign operations, reporting & tracking, and ad hoc troubleshooting
Building reports/dashboards, providing analytics, and ad hoc reporting requests from various marketing members for growth initiatives and business priorities.Â
Support the team with day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting processes
Monitoring marketing and growth performance, pipeline, and KPI reporting and analysis
Becoming Workato Automation Pro I, II, and III certified to create Workato recipes to automate marketing processes and streamline workflows
Drive and maintain marketing data integrity across the GTM tech stackÂ
Work cross-functionally with other GTM teams to support and find the best solutions for related to different projects and initiatives
Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or relevant experience from previous employment
Able to commit for at least 3 - 6 months, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. (Hours can be flexible depending on your schedule)Â
Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills to communicate analytical insights to business leaders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset
Strategic mind who can dissect and organize analyticallyÂ
Diligent thinker who gets things done without overlooking important details
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and Gsheet is a big plus.
Must be data-driven, have a natural knack for technology, and be able to demonstrate technical abilityÂ
Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.Â
Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple deadlines
Strong analytical skills, adept at pulling, analyzing, and communicating business insights
