Marketing Operations Intern

LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud-based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

We employ more than 1000 people globally, have offices in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK with more than 12,000 law firms using our software worldwide. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to join our highly motivated, high velocity, and highly creative marketing team.

LEAP will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring and support for you to be successful.

This will be a 8 week internship program (30 hours a week), running from June 19th - August 11th. Interns are required to work in our Jersey City office from Monday - Thursday. Pay rate will be $17/hr.

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the assistance of all marketing operations and the hygiene of all our data. This will be a hands-on role where you will learn and help maintain multiple systems that ensure marketing visibility of campaigns, data, ROI and opportunities.

Some specific projects will involve:

• Add the budget amount to every Salesforce campaign (300+ campaigns)
• Organize and clean up the custom redirects folder in Pardot (3k+ redirects)
• Audit all Pardot lists, dynamic lists, and automation rules

You will join the US LEAP Marketing team consisting of over 12 members that enjoy sharing ideas and are driven to be the best to reach their goals, and they have fun doing it!

Requirements

• Currently studying or attending a university in a marketing or analytical role
• Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft products
• Problem solver, not naysayer.
