As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will assist the Demand Generation team with program reporting and dashboards, marketing data analysis, and general database maintenance. You'll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with program reporting and dashboards for the Demand Generation team
  • Conduct marketing data analysis and general database maintenance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, including campaigns, growth, and accounts-based marketing to align on campaign creative and copy
  • Analyze performance through Google Analytics to optimize content efforts
  • Support digital program analysis throughout the funnel

Key Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited institution studying Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics
  • Rising Junior with a minimum of 60 college credits completed prior to June 2023
  • Proficient in data analysis, working with large data sets, report creation, and data visualization
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and copywriting for various marketing/promotional materials
  • Good organization and prioritization skills required
  • Self-starter that excels at completing tasks when given clear goals and the autonomy to work without constant oversight
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bonus points for previous agency internship experience
  • Understanding of analytical tools to benchmark customer and market needs and relate them to existing operational infrastructure
  • Have an eye for design and are interested in the creative side of marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and working with large data sets, and Google Workspace
  • Experience using Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Wordpress (or another content management system) and website optimization tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus but not required
  • Tableau knowledge is a big plus
