Marketing Operations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Manager. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will ensure no lead is left behind, marketing touch points are attributable, the marketing database and marketing tech stack are strong, and we have a best-in-class owned email program.

- Manage the Marketing Operations roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends and work with senior management across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to outline our long-term vision
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to optimize strategy, attribution models and funnel metrics in order to meet KPIs
- Define and implement best-in-class lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
- Own and maintain data accuracy and develop a comprehensive view of key audiences to ensure the health of the marketing database, including data enrichment and segmentation
- Work closely with marketing teams to define email campaign strategy to ensure we are being fully effective
- Flawlessly manage ongoing production, testing, execution, optimization, and reporting of all B2B/B2C/Operational email campaigns for the organization including email compliance and the management of the marketing team email calendar
- Act as liaison with the business stakeholders to articulate business problems/opportunities, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements to our partners in IT
- Proactively analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field of study
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing
- Demonstrated leadership in applying marketing technology within the business to improve execution and contribute to company growth
- Extensive experience and proficiency with large marketing or sales systems (e.g. Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience implementing and optimizing multi-touch attribution models and solutions (e.g. Bizible or other tools)
- Excellent organization and time management skills. Must be able to easily handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and maintain a workload of projects
- Self-starter. Proven ability to drive projects through to completion while showing initiative and good decision-making.
- Experience working in an Agile development methodology. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional matrix environment
