Marketing Operations Manager
Job Description
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for supporting, managing, and implementing marketing programs and campaigns by facilitating the scalability, predictability, and efficiency of the Direct to Consumer digital and offline marketing projects and initiatives.
In this role, you'll bring organizational skills, attention to detail and an agile approach to help Direct to Consumer launch campaigns quickly and accurately, overseeing the end-to-end process to execute all assets for online and offline marketing campaigns. You enjoy working on various marketing channels and the detail that is involved in project and campaign management. You'll make it your mission to increase our speed to market without sacrificing quality.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of the marketing campaign process for the purpose of driving new DTC leads and customers.
- Work closely with business analysts, marketing strategists and media channel managers to identify the creative, technical, operational, and analytics requirements for each campaign. Translate these requirements into project plans with specific and trackable assignments, milestones, and dependencies.
- Ensure the timely and accurate execution of all marketing assets (offers, tracking parameters, messaging, images, banner ads, landing pages, website content, emails, text messages, Direct Mail and Telesales), as well as secure additional approvals from legal, finance, IT, and branding to meet campaign requirements.
- Understand the inputs (cost, level of effort) and outputs (traffic, leads, customers, value to the business) and accordingly drive prioritization of work for the marketing team and collaborators.
- Manage reporting dashboards and workflow tools and create documentation to help the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager track project status for the DTC division.
- Continuously test and evaluate marketing tactics and strategies in the acquisition of new consumers, for example through the setting up of A/B test programs. Work with the analytics and products teams to determine the value of acquisition and optimization efforts.
- Understand our product offerings from a consumer experience, systems perspective and legal compliance as well as bring high value to product testing, price testing and related initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of all data integrations that support marketing campaigns and analytics, such as conversion APIs, tags, data exports, etc. Take a lead role in planning, testing, and monitoring these integrations.
- Provide regular communications and campaign/project status updates to channel owners, other internal stakeholders, outside agencies and consultants throughout the campaign/project implementation process.
- Facilitate and lead effective campaign launch meetings, manage change and conflict and measure deliverables to schedules.

Education/Experience/Other Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years marketing operations experience with a focus on DTC Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Strong communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and be self-motivated
- Strong management skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels of management
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects
- Proficiency with project management and tracking tools, such as Workfront, MS Project, JIRA, or Trello
- Proficiency with digital marketing concepts and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with web analytics, performance dashboards and combining data from multiple sources to recommend solutions and opportunities
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for the purpose of creating reports and presentations for management, collaborators, and stakeholders
- Experience with telesales marketing campaigns and call tracking tools, preferred
