Simpplr is looking for a marketing operations manager with demonstrated success both in building and scaling our marketing and sales development operations. You are rock solid on foundational best practices as well as efficient and accurate in executing on multiple campaigns a day. Your work supports a high volume lead processing, scoring and assignment engine; sem, online, field, customer and abm campaigns; reporting and analytics on ROI, cpl, and cpo to maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with India-based operations teams as well as headquarter-based marketing, sales development and executive team. You will be joining an exciting company experiencing hypergrowth and a team that values collaboration and fun. We’d love for you to share your previous marketing operations successes.
Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:- Own the implementation, integration, administration and optimization of key marketing and sales development systems and processes marketo, leandata, salesloft and Bizible
- Create multi-attribution model and foundation for complete marketing and sales reporting
- With the marketing ops team, create best-in-class email and landing page templates
- Standardize, process, cleanse and manage lead recordsÂ
- Create and manage scoring rules
- Improve and manage complete lead to opportunity process
- Support ABM campaigns
- Create nurture and drip campaigns
- Support prospect, customer and alliance marketing campaignsÂ
- Analyze and report on marketing and sales metrics
- Supports Marketing and Sales Development with Salesforce administrative tasks
- Troubleshoot attribution, assignment and lead processing issues
- B.S. degree
- At least 5 or more years of marketing operation experience
- At least 4 or more years experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible
- Familiarity with salesloft and leandata
- Demonstrated strong problem solving skillsÂ

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $126,000.00 - $140,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
