We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative leader to join our marketing team! The Marketing Operations Manager supports the brand and creative managers within the Marketing Department. Their responsibilities include, but not limited to, preparing and managing project budgets, developing workflows, following approval processes, and more. The role requires an individual that is detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to communicate cross-functionally.
Essential Job Functions
- Delivering ROI results through marketing production and branding strategy
- Tracking and reporting on campaign results
- Ensuring brand consistency and guidelines are followed for creative projects
- Overseeing the development of both print and digital marketing assets (advertisements, sales sheets, emails, etc.)
- Developing marketing production processes and ensuring project milestones are met
- Managing third-party vendor relationships
- Reporting campaigns KPIs to internal stakeholders

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable degree
- Min 5 years previous marketing experience
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Cloud Storage (Dropbox, Google Drive), Macintosh Operating System, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of solar power energy field, preferred
