The Role

We are currently hiring a Marketing Operations Manager. This role sits on the Marketing Strategy and Operations team and reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations. We are committed to enabling the Marketing organization by introducing business rhythms, processes and tools that help the team create and execute their best work. We build accountability into all team efforts and work collaboratively across the organization. While optimization and efficiency are important, we also strive to increase team engagement and influence Marketing’s culture that values transparency, collaboration and curiosity.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad array of topics such as workflow and process development, setting Marketing goals and targets, and partnering with functional experts to problem-solve. 

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement scalable marketing workflows and processes, including planning, execution, testing, budgeting, tracking, and reporting
  • Lead selecting our marketing software tools, including defining requirements, roll-out planning and training, documentation and continuously improving the way they are configured and used
  • Collaborate with business partners across the organization, including senior leadership, to improve how we work together
  • Drive organizational change by structuring problems, conducting analysis, implementing solutions in a cycle of continuous improvement and iteration
  • Document & clearly communicate through a variety of mediums, including status updates, meeting agendas, internal wikis, project artifacts and regular emails
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Culture Team to drive engagement in the organization by tracking team morale and designing programs and trainings that address issues and strengthen teams

Your professional profile

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing Operations
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts, channels and processes, including campaign planning, execution and measuring and reporting results
  • Experience working in and with global, cross-disciplinary teams in a remote environment
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems, overcome blockers, and identify and implement solutions
  • Proficient in data analysis, deriving business insights from data, and connecting them into business narratives
  • Passionate about building and maintaining team culture by optimizing the ways we work together
  • You are team-centric, curious and a self-starter
