Marketing Operations Manager

As our company grows, we realize we have a missing piece and that's where you come in! We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations Team!
This person will be responsible for owning and maintaining our MarTech stack. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and the Marketing Team. Someone who excels in this role is able to blend their technical, operational, and communication skills into outputs which align and support the business.

You will:
- Serve as HubSpot admin with full ownership of the instance, including product integration, performance optimization, creation and ownership of templates / workflows, nurture programs, and reporting
- Own, administer, and optimize the marketing tech stack to drive business results
- Grow, clean, and segment the database to maximize campaign performance. Manage list pulls, data enrichment and list sourcing. Monitor and report on database health
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices are followed
- Integrate the marketing and sales technology stacks to drive both efficiency and consistency throughout the funnel
- Partner with sales development, sales, and channel leadership to continually improve lead flow, ABM account lists, and reporting as required to provide key business insights.
- Ensure models are user-friendly and incorporate changes in Marketing business model, KPIs, or attribution frameworks
- Ensure comprehensive testing for all tool implementations, workflows, and data pipelines have been completed both pre- and post-deployment
- Have a complete understanding of the data flowing into marketing and sales platforms and serve as an SME on marketing data connections
- Own end-to-end creation, deployment and maintenance of transactional email and notification campaigns across global markets
- Possess an understanding of the digital campaign processes including trafficking through an ad server, creating UTM parameters, and applying taxonomy to multiple ad accounts
- Host training and best practice sessions for marketing tech stack
- Documentation of business processes, customer journeys, and expected outcomes
- Creation and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reports providing insights into performance of campaigns and regularly meet with marketing on reporting/dashboarding needs
- Maintain vendor relationships and recommend upgrades as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of experience within marketing operations, revenue operations, and/or sales operations
- Highly technical aptitude for understanding and leveraging marketing technology to its fullest. Experience with APIs and building internal tool integrations is a big plus
- Knowledge of the Growth and B2B marketing demand funnel, programs, and metrics that drive revenue with experience reporting on metrics and driving optimizations
- Proven experience using and integrating MarTech tools to create business operations, data flows and support overall efficiency in our organization
- Results-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders across teams (Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations) to optimize decision-making
- Experience defining ways to improve associated metrics, datasets, and dashboards
- Experience in scalable process design with a passion for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation and CRM software
- The ability to work mostly in an EST time zone environment
- Experience working remotely

The hiring range for this role is: $109,000 to $128,000 USD Annually, DNSFilter is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets. Our Talent Team can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
