Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Global Fitness & Wellness Digital Marketing team. This role is tasked with building an operational foundation that supports and elevates GFWDigital Marketing's expertise across Marketing Automation, Paid Digital Media, CRM, Technology and Operations, and Traditional Marketing. This role will help define processes that support collaboration across departments and teams with a focus on HubSpot, Zapier, CRM platforms/systems, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools as needed. The ideal candidate knows how to navigate the complexities of setting up marketing tools, training team members, supporting workflow implementation and optimizing the tools for streamlined use. The right candidate for this role is an excellent facilitator, communicator, and thrives under pressure, and should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, digital media strategies, ideal user experience, and the ability to deliver on digital and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on digital marketing initiatives
- Develop process implementation, documentation, and training plans that ensure best practices in campaign and customer journey management
- Help to refine and implement work streams across teams and channels, with a particular focus on Sales Operations and Analytics and the full customer journey
- Champion digital marketing tools and platforms and act as the team's "go to" expert
- Proactively explore marketing tool roadmaps and apply for, set up, train team members, and launch new feature releases and beta opportunities
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Cultivate strong, effective, and collaborative working relationships across business units, teams and roles as well as outside agencies and vendors
- Scrum facilitator for PI planning efforts
- HubSpot user management - owns process of on and off boarding users and expert support - point of contact for HubSpot inquires and liaison between team
- Create and oversee Sales/Marketing lead dashboards within HubSpot/Dynamics for marketing analytics
- Development/Management of survey workflows and survey responses
- Understand/manage and update marketing lists in different platforms
- Other responsibilities as needed
Education & Experience :
- 4-year degree preferably in business, or another related analytical field
- 3+ years marketing platform experience (Hubspot and CRM platforms), business analytics, marketing operations, and managing vendors including technical experience.
- Understanding of common digital marketing tools leveraged to streamline processes and data deliver (Zapier, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization, reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau

- Passion for solving tough problems and flexibility during change
