A bit about you
- You are incredibly organized, a linear thinker, a planner, and detail-oriented.
- You love digging into data.
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing automation systems (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo)
- Experience integrating those systems with other marketing technologies.
- Pardot experience preferred. Pardot certification a plus. Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
What you'll be doing
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in Adtaxi's customer acquisition efforts. This person will manage our marketing tech stack and also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (i.e. Pardot, Outreach, and more) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions
- Document existing processes and communicate improvements to enhance marketing productivity

The annual salary is $85,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
