Sphera Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless execution of our campaigns, accurate tracking of metrics, and the continuous improvement of our marketing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and analytics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day marketing budget, strategically allocating resources for desired outcomes. Track and control the costs associated with diverse marketing activities, maintaining budget understanding.
  • Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to extract insights and propose strategies for improvement. Typical KPIs measured include campaign responses and marketing qualified leads (MQLs), conversion to opportunity and ROI.
  • Generate comprehensive process documentation for cross-training and enablement of marketing team across all marketing operations.
  • Lead the management of all vendor contracts for marketing operations.
  • Monitor and assess business processes and performance, identifying avenues for enhancement for marketing technology and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee cohesive alignment and execution of marketing endeavors.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently

Pay:

$89,600.00 - $134,400.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan

Commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
