Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team at Allego. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, optimizing marketing processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

How you’ll make a difference in this role:

  • Drive the Marketing Operations roadmap, keeping abreast of industry trends and continuously strive to implement marketing processes and solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
  • Optimize marketing processes, workflows, campaign attribution, and other systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, sales enablement, and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience, preferably in a high growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) including forms, meeting schedulers, workflows, reporting, landing pages, live chat.
  • Project experience untangling and streamlining workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and the ability to maintain integrations between marketing automation and CRM.
  • Proficiency in report creation and data analysis such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for driving results.
