What You Will Be Doing
The Marketing Operations Manager will be part of a fast-growing marketing team. They will play an integral role in ensuring the expanding team is set up for scale, working closely with other teams within marketing and across other departments to address key challenges and find methodical solutions. The ideal candidate has a penchant for process, loves immersing themselves in martech, and is a naturally curious self-starter.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize tools and integrations including but not limited to Marketo, Drift Email, Drift Chat, RingLead, Vidyard, Turtl
- Create and execute a broad range of campaigns and programs within Marketo including email blasts/nurture, webinars, events, paid media, etc.
- Create and maintain a broad range of operational workflows including lead scoring, data concatenation, value standardization, ad hoc lead/contact routing, email alerts, etc.Â
- Refine and oversee inbound lead flow engine, ensuring qualified leads can be followed up with effectively, and all activity can be clearly tracked and reported on
- Monitor audience segment growth and overall database health, identifying gaps and strategizing ways to fill them
- Identify operational inefficiencies and strategize/document ways to enhance procedures
- Provide the marketing organization with the reports, dashboards, and data they need to derive insights data-driven decisions about marketing programs and tactics
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: 2-4 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing operations and automation experience
- REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of Marketo admin experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing operations and automation strategy
- Deep knowledge in audience segmentation, campaign development, list management and email marketing strategies
- Deep knowledge of demand generation, revenue attribution, account and lead stages, lead and contact statuses, lead lifecycle, and sales pipeline
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution models
Bonuses
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bizible, Tableau, Google Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, Asana
- Familiarity of working within CRM (Salesforce) and experience working cross functionally with sales operations
- Experience with HTML and CSS
