Gogo Business Aviation is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to manage our industry leading marketing tech stack, execute marketing programs, ensure effective and efficient lead flow, optimize team processes, and develop, execute, and draw insights from reports and dashboards for our growing Marketing team. This position is ideal for a constantly curious problem solver who loves to plan and execute data-driven marketing programs.

How will you make a difference?

  • SME and hands on manager of Marketo and wider leading marketing tech stack. Including daily execution of campaigns and management of integrations, including but not limited to: Salesforce, Vidyard, ON24, Google Analytics
  • Lead the campaign management process to ensure timely execution, tracking and reporting of campaigns
  • Research, recommend and implement new tools and processes as needed to expand and/or enrich demand generation programs
  • Lead effective sales and marketing collaboration to implement and improve upon shared processes, analytics and infrastructure
  • Be the marketing team lead for ongoing tracking and reporting of campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact and revenue performance of marketing programs
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and cross functional team members to grow effectiveness of the team
  • Utilize demand gen communication strategy and marketing automation best practice to drive lead acquisition and customer retention
  • Enable impactful customer targeting by overseeing continuous improvement of database quality and data enrichment strategies
  • Embrace a test and learn mindset, dig for actionable insight within data by applying response analysis, A/B testing and best practices to optimize all aspects of campaign


Qualifications

  • BS or BA in a Marketing, technical or business discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of marketing operations or marketing automation experience - B2B preferred
  • Marketo Certification (MCE) highly preferred
  • This role is hybrid and requires you to be in the Broomfield office 2-3 days per week


Required Skills, Experience and Talents

  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo admin
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data literacy and manipulation to enable customer segmentation and lead scoring (as examples)
  • Nurture/drip campaign/program experience with an understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead life-cycle processes


Preferred Skills, Experience and Talents

  • Email marketing experience, including deliverability, compliance, split testing and optimization
  • Analytical thinking for strategic data-led decision makingExperience managing and implementing projects that drive the lead funnel (i.e. - lead scoring, lead routing)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and additional MarTech applications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Base Pay:
108,000.00 - 135,000.00 USD Annual
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
