Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for integration and execution of marketing technology to support marketing and sales distribution teams. This role will help develop and maintain programmatic marketing technology solutions including software configuration, sales enablement, data automation, and email marketing automation. This role will execute against a marketing/technology strategy and interfaces with the marketing and sales teams, information technology, and internal stakeholders to coordinate the integration and execution of marketing technology and email. This role will be an important collaborator and contributor in efforts to expand the use of current marketing automation, email automation, and sales enablement software to create positive outcomes for the business.
Essential Duties
- Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate and execute marketing technology solutions across the tech stack including Pardot, Salesforce, Seismic, website, etc. and deliver marketing outcomes through reliable and sustainable process, systems, and analytics
- Support Pardot email development, automation and send execution as needed
- Interface with and administer sales enablement tool (Seismic) and support automation data feeds into marketing collateral
- Leverage knowledge of marketing strategies and technologies to ensure utilization and quality integration of right technology to support stakeholder goals
- Hold a strong understanding of marketing automation tactics, email best practices, workflow, industry and software innovations, and process improvement
- Manage vendors when necessary (software vendors, etc.) to ensure systems are being utilized effectively to create quality, efficient and best-value service
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience leading and integrating marketing technology solutions, supporting marketing automation, email, and marketing workflows.
- Experience in marketing department within financial services industry preferred.
- Digital strategy, lead generation and email execution experience strongly preferred.
- Outstanding project management skills, process development, and strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people to reconcile project requirements with stakeholder input and standards is essential.
- Experience with marketing technology systems and software required.
- Strong working knowledge of Pardot and salesforce required. Knowledge of sales enablement software (Seismic preferred), workflow tools, Power Point and Excel required.
- Knowledge of html preferred.
- Experience managing vendor relationships a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment essential.

Reporting Relationships
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$105,000.00 - $150,000.00
