Marketing Operations Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Ops Manager to join the Marketing team at a pivotal point in our growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, and as our first Marketing Ops hire, you will be responsible for building/re-building the foundations for Marketing to drive growth. You will own all the systems, processes and data that enable the Marketing team to be successful.
Requirements
- 5+ years Marketing Operations experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Prior experience owning and optimizing an existing MarTech stack
- You are highly data driven, curious, and love solving problems and building things
- The ability to identify areas of inefficiency and build processes or solutions that will scale as MessageGears grows
- Exceptional communication skills
- ABM experience required
- Bonus points for Pardot and Terminus experience, but we recognize that a great MOps hire can easily bridge across systems
- Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing operations and actively drive, organize, and participate in key improvements in all marketing technology. Own the MOPs roadmap.
- Own Marketing KPIs and dashboards, and advise on performance optimization opportunities
- Own and optimize our MarTech stack by leading the administration and management of integrations, lead tracking and qualification, campaign tracking, data hygiene, documentation, and other optimization
- Drive creation and adoption of new processes and deploy solutions to the entire organization
- Support campaign creation and optimization
