This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager in the United States.
This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling enterprise go-to-market organization, where marketing operations directly drive pipeline clarity, revenue impact, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for transforming complex, long-cycle B2B cybersecurity marketing motions into structured, measurable, and scalable systems that support sales and revenue growth. Acting as a key partner to Revenue Operations, you will own the marketing tech stack, data integrity, attribution, and lifecycle architecture across enterprise and account-based motions. You will help ensure that every campaign, lead flow, and reporting model is accurate, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Security, and Legal teams to maintain governance and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to bring structure, automation, and insight to a sophisticated GTM engine in a highly technical and mission-critical industry.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack supporting enterprise and account-based marketing (ABM) motions
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and reliable data flows across marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems
- Own lifecycle management processes including lead, contact, account, and opportunity structures, including routing, scoring, and SLAs
- Design and maintain attribution models that reflect long and complex enterprise sales cycles
- Build and deliver advanced dashboards and reporting to translate marketing performance into actionable GTM insights
- Operate and optimize ABM and enterprise marketing campaigns, ensuring execution, tracking, and alignment with ICPs
- Manage email marketing strategy and execution within HubSpot, ensuring scalability and performance
- Partner with IT, Legal, and Security teams to ensure data governance and compliance standards are met
- Continuously improve workflows through automation, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Act as a key partner to Revenue Operations, supporting alignment between marketing execution and revenue outcomes
- Provide insights that inform marketing strategy, pipeline contribution, and overall GTM effectiveness
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM operations role in B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions with long, complex buying cycles
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing attribution/reporting tools
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and lifecycle architecture
- Ability to analyze beyond surface-level metrics and focus on revenue-impacting insights
- Experience managing marketing automation, campaign execution, and lead management systems
- Familiarity with data governance, CRM integrity, and cross-functional operational processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in cybersecurity or highly technical SaaS environments is strongly preferred
- Experience with BI tools or advanced analytics platforms is a plus
- Self-starter mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive base salary ranging from $81,000 to $100,000 USD depending on experience and location
