Job Description

In this role, you'll combine organizational skills, attention to detail and project management experience with an understanding of B2B marketing and the need to keep account executives continuously equipped with the materials they need. You will develop and oversee the end-to-end process to create and deliver all assets for online and offline programs, including brochures, trade advertising, promotional items, email newsletters and martech systems integrations.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as central Marketing point of contact for team of 30+ Account Executives and 3 Regional VPs.
  • Manage product and pricing brochures. Oversee process to update content as needed. Ensure appropriate versions are delivered to field offices and/or marketing events. Optimize stored and reprinted inventory at print house on a weekly basis.
  • Organize and manage materials within various on-demand and sales support platforms, including CustomPoint, Dotloop, Zip Forms and the digital asset management system. Facilitate technical updates as needed. Provide basic platform training to AEs as needed.
  • Manage Real Estate marketing budget. Review invoices for accuracy, assist with quarterly reforecasts and actively identify areas for potential cost-savings.
  • Partner with Product, Operations and Sales teams to develop pilot programs and full rollout plans for new home service offerings.
  • Work closely with business analysts, finance, marketing strategists and media channel managers to identify the creative, budgetary, technical, operational, and analytics requirements for each campaign. Translate these requirements into project plans with specific and trackable assignments, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Understand the inputs (cost, level of effort) and outputs (traffic, leads, customers, value to the business) and accordingly drive prioritization of work for the marketing team and collaborators.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of all marketing assets by tracking project status. Serve as final checkpoint before launch by securing necessary approvals from legal, finance, IT, branding and other stakeholders.
  • Manage workflow tools (i.e. WorkFront) and create documentation to help the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager track project status.
  • Develop an in-depth understand our product offerings, including consumer experience, back-end systems and legal compliance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all data integrations that support marketing campaigns and analytics, such as conversion APIs, tags, data exports, etc. Take a lead role in planning, testing, and monitoring these integrations.
  • Provide regular communications and campaign/project status updates to channel owners, other internal stakeholders, outside agencies and consultants throughout the campaign/project implementation process.
  • Facilitate and lead effective campaign launch meetings, manage change and conflict and measure deliverables to schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years marketing operations experience with a focus on Real Estate or B2B Marketing and at least 2 years delivering print collateral at high volume and frequency.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Strong communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and be self-motivated
  • Strong management skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels of management
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects
  • Proficiency with project management and tracking tools, such as Workfront, MS Project, JIRA, or Trello
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with web analytics, performance dashboards and combining data from multiple sources to recommend solutions and opportunities
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for the purpose of creating reports and presentations for management, collaborators, and stakeholders
  • Experience with telesales marketing campaigns and call tracking tools, preferred
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM required.
  • Prior experience with CustomPoint, Zip Forms and Dotloop a plus.
