Team Mission

We are building a best-in-class commercial organization by establishing a repeatable go-to-market motion hiring a team of high caliber Enterprise SaaS sales marketing and customer success professionals and thoughtfully engaging VPs General Managers and other corporate decision makers across the Medical Device Industry.

This Role

Reporting into the VP of Revenue Operations and Commercial Intelligence you will bring an analytical approach thoughtfulness and curiosity to our team as we champion the effort to achieve Commercial Excellence at AcuityMD. You will help establish best practices across pipeline generation strategy analytics marketing processes and tech stack management that will drive results now and in the future as we build for scale.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Manage and optimize HubSpot to identify score track and attribute leads as they progress through our marketing funnel. Ensure accurate data capture and reporting across campaigns.
  • Marketing Resource Allocation: Analyze success of various marketing channels to determine Marketing ROI and inform future resource allocation decisions.
  • Tech Stack Optimization: Oversee the management of our marketing tech stack (Hubspot UserGems ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) ensuring they are effectively integrated and utilized to support SDRs and marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing paid media partners and analytics to manage end-to-end campaigns ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Commercial Operations Support: Work closely with Revenue Operations and marketing to streamline lead handoff processes improve visibility into lead progression and support sales teams with actionable insights and reports.
  • Process Optimization: Support the Revenue Operations Growth Marketing and SDR teams in documenting analyzing and optimizing the marketing and sales funnels. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate performance reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and channels. Provide actionable insights to both marketing and sales teams to refine strategies.
  • Project Management: Organize status meetings manage project timelines and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Maintain detailed meeting notes and action items.
Your Profile
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations or digital marketing roles with a strong focus on lead management and pipeline generation. Proven track record of managing reporting for multi-channel campaigns and sales outbound efforts reporting that drive measurable results.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and tools like Clay UserGems and ZoomInfo. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker. Experience with building and maintaining custom objects and custom attribution methods.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Execution Focus: Demonstrates a “get-it-done” attitude with a focus on tactical execution always keeping in mind the high-level strategy. Ability to implement best practices effectively without owning or building roadmaps.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience leading cross-functional projects. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Notion.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for marketing and sales teams and maintain alignment across departments. Proven ability to keep teams informed while building and rolling out campaigns and CRM changes.
