We’re looking for a tenacious Marketing Ops Production Manager to join the Marketing Operations Campaigns team! In addition to executing marketing campaigns, the MOPs Production Manager will own all Marketo operational campaigns (ex: lead routing, lead scoring, and privacy compliance programs).
Your Impact- Receive and execute on requests from operational teams such as MOPs Campaigns, Demand Gen Tech Ops, IT, and Data Operations
- Build, QA, test, launch, and troubleshoot marketing campaigns using Marketo and other marketing technology
- Be the subject matter authority and owner of all Marketo operational campaigns
- Be the go-to for all advanced Marketo troubleshooting requests
- Design, maintain, and continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and operational campaign workflows
- Be the MOPs point of contact when working on cross-functional projects involving lead/contact quality management
- Build and make ongoing updates to process documentation as needed
- Stay informed of Marketing Operations best practices
- 4+ years of Marketo experience
- 1+ years experience as a team lead
- Experience using marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, and events management tools preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel/Word/Powerpoint) or Google Workspace
- A customer service attitude with a client-centric approach to working with stakeholders
- Dedicated problem solver with an "ownership” approach, and to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to an audience of varying technical backgrounds
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Currently or formerly Marketo certified
- Experience with HTML and CSS, specifically around Marketo asset development
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- You have a general understanding of the buyer’s journey, marketing attribution, and channel tracking
