Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing technology
    • Maintain performance and optimize processes for the marketing tech stack including Pardot, Chili Piper, Outreach, Salesforce and other tools 
    • Create training documentation that guides the marketing team and other stakeholders
    • Train the marketing team on marketing software tools
    • Audit use of marketing software tools with an eye towards continually improving how they are configured
  • Marketing data stewardship
    • Be proactive and review functionality, workflow, and updating landing pages and sales plays based on results 
    • Investigate data quality and continuously improve on data quality
    • Maintain Pardot database quality, ensure GDPR / CASL compliance.
  • Marketing data examination
    • Assist in measuring and investigating the different tools.
    • Assist key business partners in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and marketing automation programs
    • Oversee strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and with other functions to drive performance improvements, continuously enhance the impact of marketing and help the company continue along its fast growth trajectory.
    • Collaborate across functions to structure problems, conduct analysis, and drive to solutions through a rigorous, data-driven process.
    • Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Marketing Operations Manager requirements and qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot, is preferred
