Medica's Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in the intake, set up, and management of our day-to-day lead generation marketing campaign data and responses. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this position will set up campaign tagging parameters for measurement and load campaign parameters into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Our Marketing Operations Specialist will also monitor our lead response channels and trouble shoot problems when they arise. Additionally, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support implementation and training of new marketing processes when needed and help maintain marketing technology and automation platforms.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and collect campaign parameters and tactics and serve as day-to-day administrator of all acquisition campaign data within CRM - connecting with marketing leads to ensure campaign information is accounted for and accurate
  • Maintain established campaign taxonomy and structure through Master Campaign, Campaign Name, Campaign Activities and Marketing Identifiers
  • Own set up and management of vanity URLs, redirects URLs, and QR codes
  • Manage all requests for campaign tracking information including toll free phone numbers (TFN), website redirect URLs and Business Reply Cards
  • Manage and monitor performance marketing response channels to ensure proper operation
  • Oversee and identify data lists and list purchase as well as instructions
  • Interface with IT to establish and maintain secure transfer protocols for sending and receiving data with private health information or personally identifiable information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations and/or marketing analytics
  • Lead generation or campaign set-up experience with clear understanding of campaign flow; Must be familiar with data management and response management practices
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications like Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Business intelligence applications like Qliksense or Power BI
  • Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Campaign tracking through tools like Google Tag Manager

Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly developed people and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships, present concepts and recommendations both written and verbally
  • Exceptional organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Minnetonka, MN - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

The full salary range for this position is $48,600 - $83,300. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
