Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented taskmaster who loves technology to join our team.

Our Operations Team does the set up and maintenance work for our marketing and revenue management products. They are the behind-the-scenes worker bees who make sure that everything is up-to-date and working with excellence. With direction from our team manager, this individual will use our well documented process to do things like

• Build templated apartment websites through our web-based software platform
• Set-up property management software integration
• Set-up lead and lease tracking
• Set-up and run digital ad campaigns in Google and Facebook.
• Review photos and walkthrough videos.
• Do some limited logo and photo editing.

Expect a wide variety of work and to get a lot done! Your day-to-day will involve a lot of individual focus or 'deep' work on task lists, but it's also important to be able to communicate and work in a small team setting.

This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work in our Lincoln, NE office.

Master details and organization.

You thrive on being extremely detail-oriented and have a critical need for accuracy-ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You love being able to follow well documented procedures and don't mind some repetitive tasks.

Juggle multiple projects at once.

You'll be working simultaneously on many projects and need to be able to quickly switch from one project to the next while adhering to deadlines that oftentimes require a quick turnaround. Being able to effectively prioritize tasks is essential.

Have a fine eye.

Part of this role is reviewing visual and written content of our client's websites-you'll need an eye for photography, design, and fine grammar.

Sweat the small stuff.

You notice the small details that others miss. You were probably excellent at finding Waldo. You catch mistakes in paragraphs of text and notice the crooked blinds in a photograph.

Enjoy all things technical.

Digital advertising, photography, videography, SEO, and websites-you will need a basic understanding of the technical aspects of these products and services. The perfect candidate would have some understanding or experience with Google/Facebook ad campaigns, rudimentary HTML and CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and plug-and-play website creation. But, an ability and willingness to quickly learn these things is also acceptable.

Are eager to keep learning.

Work on site.

We're looking for applicants who live in Lincoln, NE, or the surrounding metro area. This position is not eligible for remote work.
