Job Description

Axis' Marketing Operations & Automation team is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team in the Americas. In this role you will use your marketing and data skills to make an impact on department/company goals. This is an office-based position (with some flexibility) and the selected individual must reside near or be willing to relocate to the Chelmsford, MA area. Also, we are unable to sponsor VISAs of any kind at the moment.

What will you do here as a Marketing Operations Specialist?

• Uphold the lead management process; using reporting to maintain accuracy/accountability
• Monitor and maintain marketing data quality and integrity across all systems - identifying and addressing data errors/gaps
• Run strategic data enrichment projects for marketing/sales using automation tools like Pardot and Salesforce
• Design, implement, and automate dashboards and reports to facilitate ROI reporting and data review/analysis
• Establish and maintain marketing operations standards, processes, and best practices
• Create process documentation and maintain the knowledge base for the broader team
• Collaborate with other marketers to ensure marketing execution meets desired outcomes and needs
• Provide governance / compliance recommendations and support
• Support and/or manage roll out of new marketing technologies

Who/what are we looking for?

• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Intermediate to advanced Salesforce proficiency
• Systems and process enthusiast
• Data-driven approach to problem solving
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, IT or related field
• 4+ years of relevant Operations experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Pardot experience
