JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is hybrid based out of Austin, TX or Northbrook (Chicago), IL
Marketing Automation serves as the backbone of the Marketing team, delivering planning, governance, and support functions to allow traditional marketing functions to focus on delivering value. Increases marketing efficiency, effectiveness, agility and business contribution through process, infrastructure, marketing technology solutions and measurement support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Automation, the Specialist supports activities to maintain and evolve marketing effectiveness through the organization of process, technology, and human resources, allowing marketing to efficiently scale with quality and consistency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Automation, the Specialist supports activities to maintain and evolve marketing effectiveness through the organization of process, technology, and human resources, allowing marketing to efficiently scale with quality and consistency.
- Accountable for the performance and results within own discipline or function.
- Maintain scalable processes within Marketo that guarantee best practices.
- Support external and internal marketing technology stack analysis projects and activities.
- Support Marketo integration and migration projects and activities for acquired companies.
- Utilize existing and develop new cross-functional working relationships with peers across the organization with business units, client services, sales, operations and finance.
- Support the ongoing analysis of marketing investments, pipeline impact and goal setting to the Marketing leadership team.
- Support all of Marketing Operations areas including MAP (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce) administration, lead scoring, nurture, lead management, campaign tracking, database health, targeting and segmentation plans, and alignment with sales operations.
- Support analytics projects and activities to support team performance objectives.
- Support projects and activities on visibility and analysis of results; provide analyses and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for improvement.
- Support projects and activities on planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Marketing department.
- Support optimization projects and activities for website and funnel related activity.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two years of related experience demonstrated competency.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Marketo Certified Expert strongly preferred.
- Project planning and strong analytical skills.
