POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The NCR Hospitality marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our hospitality marketing team. In this role, you will focus on data collection, standardizing reporting and optimizing processes with the goal of creating efficiencies, building scalable processes, optimizing marketing programs, and continuously improving the end-to-end lead flow. You will also work with sales operations and sales to streamline processes, increase efficiency throughout the funnel, and ensure alignment across sales and marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with and support marketing automation software/agencies to ensure that projects, tasks and integrations are completed accurately, on-time, and built around best-in-class repeatable and scalable processes.
- Create, improve, and continuously document strategic, process-driven standard operating procedures for the end-to-end lead flow.
- Proactively monitor and report on campaigns, lead attribution and processes. Provide recommendations for improvements across marketing channels to improve marketing KPI's and address process gaps.
- Drive standardization, tracking, and reporting of defined metrics in the marketing funnel.
- Work cross functionally with sales, sales operations and sales support teams to uncover gaps in the lead flow process and work collaboratively to define and execute solutions that positively impact the marketing team's goal attainment.
- Represent Hospitality Marketing in business operations meetings; articulate marketing business problems, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements to appropriate teams.
- Keep abreast of marketing operations trends. Evaluate new and existing complementary technologies and add-on applications or integrations to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field
- 1-2 years of related work experience in Marketing Operations or Business Analytics
- Experience in creating processes for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and prioritization
- Experience building, managing, and maintaining reporting and dashboards
- Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex datasets and development stories to business stakeholders
- Experience in marketing operations, with significant experience in marketing automation, CRM and project management applications, and process operations
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, NC Squared, SalesLoft), tracking (Convirza) and website and digital (Google & Adobe Analytics) platforms.
