B2B Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote Eligible)

ID.me is seeking a Business-to-Business Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team as we continue a period of explosive growth. This role is essential to our fast-paced Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate for this role will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations to drive efficient and accurate campaign execution in our marketing automation platform (Marketo). Deep understanding of Marketo and email campaign best practices is necessary. The B2B Marketing Operations Specialist will monitor email timing, metrics and continuously provide recommendations to drive highly targeted emails to the appropriate audiences. It is preferred that the ideal candidate be familiar with Salesforce as well.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and able to roll-up their sleeves to work hands-on in Marketo from day one. They will lead the strategy to optimize email performance, including increasing open and click rates, improving personalization, and more. Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign production and execution, including planning, list segmentation, set-up, testing and QA, execution, reporting and optimization in Marketo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns, emails, nurture/reactivation programs, and customer success communications.
  • Work under the supervision of the Revenue Operations Technology Manager on the campaign production process and creation of every Marketo email and landing page, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Create and maintain assets required for the program to be successfully implemented such as building forms (utilizing form best practices such as input masking and progressive profiling), creating emails and landing pages, and more. 
  • Ensure email and nurture programs are properly constructed to adhere to industry best practices, deliverability, personalization, mobile rendering, etc.
  • Report on results and provide insights and data-driven recommendations to the marketing organization.
  • Devise new email strategies to improve overall channel performance, including creative optimization, A/B testing, developing batch, automated, and triggered campaigns.
  • Establish content and attribution tracking mechanisms using UTMs and other methods.
  • Enhance, optimize, and document our marketing automation processes to effectively scale execution, reporting and testing practices.
  • Assist with lead scoring and lead nurturing programs to help progress leads through the funnel.
  • Help manage the database including data syncs and imports. Monitor data quality for our leads and assist in filling-in missing gaps of data to ensure a healthy database. 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience with Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree is required (in Marketing or related field is preferred)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFDC) is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS; ability to edit existing code
  • Proficiency in B2B marketing automation and operations best practices
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel) and analytical skills
  • Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
