Marketing Operations/Campaign Coordinator

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced and energetic marketer to own marketing operations and assist with a variety of campaign logistics. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Hubspot database and lead flow (distribution to salesforce and automated follow-up process, importing lists with thorough follow-up to ensure success, upholding all marketing CRM functions, maintaining inventory of all Hubspot marketing assets)
• Implementation and ownership of drip campaigns/lead nurture process (manage email marketing schedule, build and maintain segment lists, clean and enrich data before imports, maintain automated enrollment/workflows for all nurture efforts)
• Creation/optimization of lead scoring process, maintenance of flow and enrollment once perfected
• Internal campaign coordination — managing assets /timelines and aligning various stakeholders to drive progress
• Development and coordination of external ad strategy through various outlets
• Reporting and analysis of campaign efforts (tradeshows, webinars, emails, ad programs) to help us make educated decisions on future efforts — includes tracking progress of leads through sales funnel
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related field
• 2 years of Marketing Ops/CRM experience (Hubspot and Salesforce strongly preferred)
• ZoomInfo or other data enrichment experience a plus
• Digital advertising (paid search/paid social) experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Superb organization and thorough project management
• Collaboration and communication, both written and verbal

Location: Milpitas CA
Structure: Reporting to Director of Corporate Marketing
 

The salary range for this position is: $80,000 to $110,000

Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to: skill set, years of experience and the employee’s geographic location.
