Marketing Partnerships Coordinator

Abrigo is seeking a versatile, results-oriented Marketing Partnerships Coordinator with a passion for cultivating relationships and driving growth through Abrigo's partner network, including product partners and industry trade associations.
The Marketing Partnerships Coordinator's primary responsibility is to create demand generation and brand awareness opportunities through our partner relationships. This role will work with partners and other Abrigo Marketing Team members to coordinate and execute programs, including newsletters, events, webinars, and emails that promote the company's thought leadership and solutions.
Success will be measured by marketing qualified leads (MQLs), opportunities, pipeline and closed business resulting from partner channels.
The Marketing Partnerships Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager and must be able to partner with internal stakeholders and teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, think creatively, and work effectively in a dynamic environment. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the vision for a scalable partner marketing program for Abrigo
- Support the planning and execution of partner marketing activities, including virtual and in-person events, webinars, demos, emails, press releases, etc.
- Manage and grow our relationships with partners, bank and credit union groups to drive marketing leads and referrals
- Work with our advisory services teams and thought leaders to create timely, relevant content and speaking topics for partner opportunities
- Manage our partner subscription tier program and calendar of related activities
- Serve as trusted partner with sales in driving partnership revenue goals and aligning marketing plans with business objectives.
- Monitor and set KPIs measuring the success of partnerships, ongoing campaigns, and joint partner marketing activities.
- Keep an eye on trends, innovation, and competitive intelligence to strengthen campaigns.
- Work with Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager to ensure effective budget management - forecasting, planning, and measurement of impact
- Self-motivated team player, who is organized, adaptable, and communicative.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or 4 years equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in events, marketing, or hospitality fields
- Expertise in planning integrated marketing campaigns with KPIs.
- Proven success in supporting sales pipeline and optimizing ROI
- An acute eye for the smallest of details
- Adaptability and ability to think on your feet
- Availability to travel up to 1x per month
- Remaining calm under pressure or with unexpected circumstances
- Desire to delight Abrigo customers and prospects through partner experiences
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with partners in the technology industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Pardot or Salesforce reporting is a plus
