The Marketing Partnership & Events Coordinator is responsible for elevating Logiwa brand awareness and generating qualified sales opportunities through industry events and partnership co-marketing.


This member of the Logwa Marketing Team is responsible for managing all aspects of Logiwa’s presence at live and remote industry events, for establishing relationships and leveraging marketing opportunities with industry and trade associations, and for proactively engaging our commercial and technology partners in the planning and execution of co-marketing programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential industry events including trade shows, conferences, and summits and work cross-functionally to create an engagement and investment plan.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of Logiwa marketing-driven events, from industry trade shows to our own events (e.g., product roadshows, customer success days, etc.).
  • Manage all vendor relationships associated with events and partner marketing including exhibit services firms.
  • Partner with Marketing Team colleagues to ensure exhibit properties & event messaging is on target and on brand.
  • Manage and maintain all inventory related to events and comarketing. Including: booth properties, branded items, SWAG, etc.
  • Coordinate all internal communication regarding company presence at events and provide Logiwa attendee representatives with all relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Work with Marketing Leadership to establish budgets and optimize investments in event engagements & sponsorships.
  • Compile post-event follow up that includes a Return On Investment analysis of our presence as well as makes recommendations for future engagement.
  • Ensure sales lead capture and follow up processes are in place for every Logiwa event.
  • Provide logistical support for regional sales-driven events and maintain an updated list of regional & local events for possible attendance or participation
  • Coordinate with the Demand Generation team to engage key commercial and technical partners in collaboratively planned comarketing programs with clear lead goals.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably working in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success managing corporate presence at large industry trade shows and conferences
  • Experience managing exhibit and show service vendors and an events budget.
  • Familiarity with digital and hybrid event management and with management platforms (e.g., Zoom, BigMarker, ON24) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of current B2B marketing communication technologies and channels.
  • Experience creating omni-channel marketing campaigns to promote events.
  • Experience with CRM/MAP software, HubSpot a strong plus.
  • Open-minded attitude and the ability to synthesize multiple inputs; demonstrated analytical and value synthesis skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
