Marketing Partnerships Manager
Job Description
As Marketing Partnerships Manager, you will take our affiliate, partnerships and influencer marketing capability to the next level. This channel has historically been managed manually and the potential to scale with the right team, technology, and agency partnership is huge. You will be responsible for driving that scalability. Tasty and IG are on an ambitious growth journey, and this role would be perfect for a partnerships expert with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited about building something from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard a new partnership platform and agency, Rakuten, and be the day-to-day contact for that agency across the US. You’ll use this relationship to grow and nurture our partnership portfolio and grow the share of new business coming from the channel
- Being the evangelist for marketing partnerships internally – working with technology and product teams to make sure that the we have the features our customers and partners need
- Directly manage the relationships with our biggest partners, ensuring tastyworks’ relationship with these partners grows and prospers over time
- Work closely with the tastyworks head of marketing on creative for partnerships, ensuring that resource is dedicated to building and optimizing channel-specific assets which perform
- Own all processes related to marketing partnerships, including tracking, reporting, payments and dispute resolution
Who you are:
- You’ll be a hands-on partnership manager, with an excellent understanding of how to identify leads and build and nurture relationships
- You’ll be an experienced partnership marketing expert, with a detailed understanding of the affiliate and influencer technology, networks and tracking
- You’ll be naturally curious and someone who thrives in a self-starter, entrepreneurial environment. We’re a startup which is growing up, but maintain a high-energy culture
- You’ll be commercially minded and target-driven, with demonstrable experience of using partnership marketing to accelerate growth
- Knowledge of the financial trading industry, our products and our customers is a big plus, but by no means an essential
