Insight on your impact
As a key member of the Marketing Data and Insights Team, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing marketing data to evaluate effectiveness of all GTM marketing initiatives. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of our field, paid, brand and demand gen marketing programs, working with marketers to create and track KPIs that include channel and funnel metrics, and running deep-dive analysis to uncover actionable insights and drive recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Your qualifications, your influence
To be successful in the role, you‘ll:
- Gather and analyze metrics/data to help drive forward marketing initiatives and overall company profitability
- Perform deep dive analysis and reporting across marketing programs of varying scales & stages to measure performance, demand generation, pipeline impact, funnel conversion etc.
- Transform qualitative & quantitative data into compelling and actionable graphical information to guide strategic decision making
- Bring deep understanding and reporting experience with marketing demand gen tools like Salesforce, Marekto, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics etc.
- Opportunity to learn our own proprietary analytics software Anaplan to enable real time decision making
Preferred skills and technical familiarity
Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role
- 3+ or more years of relevant professional experience in marketing analytics; US based companies; B2B experience is highly desired
- Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo and Adobe Analytics reporting
- Understanding of the B2B lead to opportunity and sales process
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to look at vast amounts of data and synthesize that information into intelligence that can be acted upon by the business
- Strong communication and data visualization skills
