Marketing Performance Leader - TIAA Bank

The Marketing Performance Leader possesses extensive knowledge of marketing analytics, measurement, and strategic insight. They work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the marketing team, leading measurement, insight generation, and recommendation development.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provides campaign measurement framework, including interim performance reporting and deep dive analyses based on data storytelling, insight, and recommendation creation.
  • Becomes a source of competitive advantage in holistic marketing performance measurement.
  • Manages standardized marketing campaign measurement with the goal of improving consumer experiences and increasing sales opportunities.
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of data, analytics, statistical modeling, visualizations, and interpretations.
  • Analyzes revenue impact of various marketing strategies.
  • Communicates with senior management about market analyses and marketing campaign performance, highlighting areas of opportunity for increased marketing and advertising as well as potential for new product or service development as appropriate.
  • Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional output and engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of marketing analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert data mining and exploration SQL, MS SQL Server, SAS skills
  • Expert reporting & presentation skills, able to tell compelling stories with data
  • Expert in client & acquisition marketing campaign performance measurement, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms, particularly Tableau and Power BI
  • Proficient creating and presenting financial data and analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise grade campaign management systems
  • Familiarity building and maintaining statistical models
  • Experience in the banking industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strategic thinker

Base Pay Range: $105,200/yr. - $175,300/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
