Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. As the market leader in IoT-enabled beverage machines, weโ€™ve raised over $160M in venture capital and weโ€™re doubling year over year. In addition to maintaining hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and mission-aligned Marketing Program Manager to fill a key role on Beviโ€™s growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded background in demand generation, including but not limited to: email marketing, social advertising, verticalized email nurture, and webinar/virtual event management.They will partner with both internal and external resources to manage full-funnel demand generation initiatives from strategy to execution to measurement and optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (emails, webinars, sponsorships, etc.) that generate high-quality leads for the business
  • Build, execute, and maintain a persona-based email nurture strategy to keep prospects warm and converting at higher rates
  • Work with demand and marketing ops teams to deploy experiments across channels designed to consistently optimize impact
  • Partner with internal content marketing team, creative team, and external agencies to create inspiring campaigns that engage the Bevi audience at every stage of the buyer journey
  • Oversee and support the creation of performance reporting across programs, identifying recommendations for improvements
  • Align closely with the BDR and sales teams to ensure marketing leads are of the highest quality and allotted to the appropriate follow-up sales motions
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proficient in key areas of B2B demand generation, including email marketing, nurture marketing, online sponsorships, social advertising, and website optimization
  • Experience developing and managing demand gen programs from strategy through execution
  • Experience measuring full-funnel program impact
  • Comfort with A/B and multivariate testing to drive campaign optimization
  • Experience with one or all of the major marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. Weโ€™re looking for a self-starter with high operational acumen, looking to make a big impact in a quickly growing organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar discipline
