Marketing Program Manager (Hybrid- El Segundo, CA)

Job Description

As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing traditional and digital marketing assets for new programs at Belkin. The job entails marketing program management for all the marketing launch assets for Belkin's consumer electronics projects. You will ensure that assets are available on time and within budget.

You will also drive initiatives and standard procedures to achieve operational excellence within the Marketing and Creative teams. You embrace a continuous improvement philosophy and will nurture this culture. You will lead cross functional teams and key stakeholders to meet business goals, key metrics, and on-time program launches.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Drive digital and traditional projects with the marketing and creative teams. You will manage the project portfolio, prioritization, and execution
• Develop standard project tracking for the status of project readiness, cost, timing, and resource allocations which requires exceptional cross-functional interaction and sharp attention to detail
• Develop detailed documentation of business needs, workflows, processes, best practices, and program guidelines for executing projects
• Identify, quantify, and execute process improvement plans to drive quality, efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction
• Analyze operational data insights to identify areas of process improvement and develop countermeasures to resolve any operational deficiency
• Develop continuous improvement strategy to constantly review process and improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Create monthly and quarterly reports to track operations performance metrics
• Create risk management documents and contingency plans. Decide upon and execute contingency plans, when required.
• Report projects status to multi-tiered audiences composed of team, peers, and executive staff audiences.
• Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support ISO system.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience preferred
• 7 years experience in a similar role and in the following disciplines: marketing, sales, creative services, project management
• 3 years of program management experience, PMP Certification is preferred
• Strong workflow development skillsets to transform complex processes into business requirement documentation
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Proven ability to learn new systems quickly
• Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proven superior attention to detail as this is the foundation of the position
• Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner

Range for this position:

$100,000 - $110,000

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered.
