Marketing Programs Analyst

Description

The Marketing Programs Analyst is responsible for the build and continuous improvement of the Marketing Program team's workflow and processes. They will partner with campaign managers, creative team and external vendors to build, maintain, optimize and report on campaign journeys.

Responsibilities

• Integrate campaign management system with CRM, HM environments and other agent tools (ie., distribion, com, agent websites, Hearsay, etc.).
• Maintain and communicate marketing portal, eguide, and schedule for new releases and upgrades.
• Manage hands-on implementation tasks (ie., profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, approvals, permissions, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events).
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, app configuration etc.
• Collaborate with sales and campaign managers to pass and display appropriate lead information for inside sales / field agents and their respective hierarchies.
• Create activity tracking capabilities correlated with national and agent driven campaigns.
• Assist training team in educating field on sales process automation and activity tracking.
• Research, recommend, and implement CRM-based solutions (including 3rd party apps) to enhance business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Marketing experience
• Experience with data
• Proficient in Excel
