Diagnostic Solutions Marketing Programs Manager
Fortis offers word-class reagents, tools, materials, and custom services for our research, diagnostic and therapeutic customers. We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Marketing Programs Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is excellent at copywriting; advanced in Pardot execution; adept at planning end-to-end campaigns containing landing pages, forms, and associated nurture campaigns; skilled at planning and executing offline promotions such as events and advertising in publications; and focused on measuring the business outcomes - not engagement outcomes - of campaigns and promotions.
This new Marketing Programs Manager will serve as a key team member responsible for helping build a marketing strategy to meet the Diagnostic Solutions business priorities covering our diverse portfolio and customer segments.

What You Will Do
- Partner with Head of Marketing and business leaders to prioritize, plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns for Fortis's multiple businesses.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing content in partnership with subject matter experts and ensure messaging is aligned with Fortis businesses' target markets and segments in academia, pharma, and biotech.
- Publish content in tools such as Pardot, social media (especially LinkedIn), and the Fortis website, abiding by best practices for user engagement and SEO where applicable.
- Assist with the development, build, running, and follow-ups from conferences and events for Fortis businesses.
- Coordinate on the development and publishing of assets, messaging, and calls-to-action with key partnerships, journals, and 3rd party publications, including CiteAb, TheScientist, The Antibody Society, and others.
- Manage budgets, review performance, and optimize agency-run campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant SEM and paid media partners.
- Develop measurement framework and strategy for marketing campaigns using Salesforce, considering user engagement data, opportunity and opportunity revenue creation, and closed-won business influenced by marketing. Analyze campaign performance and generate data-driven insights that influence marketing strategy.
- Report out performance of marketing campaigns on regular cadence: monthly, quarterly, annually.

- Thorough knowledge of full funnel marketing, brand, social and digital marketing, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to motivate others.

Preferred education and experience:
- 5+ years' experience, with at least 2 years' experience in life sciences industry
- BS Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Management or Field Marketing Support. Science degree is preferred
- Demonstrated project and budget management experience
- Experience managing external vendors, including advertising agencies and freelancers
- Experience writing creative and engaging marketing content that can engage a technical audience
