Why this role is exciting!Â
In 2020, impact.com acquired an influencer marketing platform called Activate, with the ultimate goal of integrating its functionality into impact.com’s Partnership Cloud. This role is exciting because it will be at the forefront of our launch and GTM strategy for our creator offering! This new program type will allow brands to run full-funnel influencer campaigns and programs, allowing them to scale, manage, and track them more effectively and efficiently, with the added bonus of Partnership Cloud’s functionality, which offers flexible contracting and payments through the platform. Not only will you get to be a part of the the strategy and bringing this to the market for the first time as the 360 campaign manager, you will get to work alongside some of the most amazing people!Â
What you will be doing:
- Determine the GTM strategy with product marketing, content marketing, DG, and sales enablement.Â
- Forming the strategy and conceptualizing/running creative campaigns to help with both brand awareness and lead gen.
- Working with a dedicated Demand Gen manager to outline a paid strategy to help fill our funnel with qualified leads and ultimately help generate pipeline to hit the team’s goals.Â
- Collaborating with BDRs/AEs and have ideas of which marketing channels and content will convert their audiencece.
- Client and partner relationship building —must be comfortable creating relationships with external clients and talent managers to help source co-marketing opportunities (i.e. case studies, speaking opps, PR, webinars, etc.).
- Maintaining constant feedback loop/comms between all teams as the “glue” to our creator/influencer podÂ
- Create, monitor, and optimize— you’ll be working with our Marketing Ops team to ensure tracking and reporting is in place for these programs, and put presentations together to report on the ROI as it relates to these initiatives in the form of bi-weekly updates/decks for stakeholdersÂ
Does this sound like you? Â
- 5-7 years marketing experienceÂ
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
- Strong writing skills - comfortable creating content for email marketing, website, one sheets, case studies and more
- Strong understanding of personas, value drivers, target audience and how the marketing funnel worksÂ
- Multi-tasker that enjoys fast-paced environmentsÂ
- Comfortable and excited by data!
- Collaborative and enjoys working with multiple teams, specifically salesÂ
- Team player
- Positive attitude and sense of urgency
