Marketing Programs Manager

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, results-oriented marketer to innovate, win, and grow with us. As a Marketing Programs Manager, you will help create demand across a broad range of channels, LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry media pubs. You will also help capture and convert the demand by contributing to our website and create compelling, benefits-driven copy.

Bottomline is a market leader in our space with billions of transactions worldwide completed each year.  This role will support the Paymode-X segment, the number 1 business to business paments network in the United States. The ultimate objective for this role is to produce new bookings for the business leading KPIs include pipeline, booked demos and website conversions.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a unique combination of experience in technical program builds, copywriting, email and digital marketing, content creation and distribution.

Essential Job Functions:

• Demand creation is the process that grows the pipeline so the sales team can exceed their quotas.
  • You will identify the right audience, attract the audience through content and digital marketing and engage the audience.
  • You will then manage and convert the demand into booked demos.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.
• Develop, execute, and optimize demand creation and paid advertising efforts aligned with business goals
• Plan advertising and customer acquisition strategies
• Assist with landing page optimization to drive demo requests
• Work closely with internal team members, outside vendors and creatives to implement new ideas, creative rotation and monitor campaign budget.
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance with a strong focus on pipeline and bookings

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of demand creation, capture and conversion.
• Exceptional copywriting skills
• Extremely motivated, independent, reliable and capable of performing in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and ever changing environment
• Must be highly organized, detail and deadline oriented, and able to multi-task
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience in B2B payments industry a plus

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar field
• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience

Deploying campaigns across a variety of digital channels including LinkedIn
• 4+ years of experience using complex marketing automation platforms; Marketo preferred
• 3+ years of experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
