Responsibilities:

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
β€’ At least 3 years of experience with interpreting stakeholder requirements, and defining objectives for marketing plans;
β€’ At least 3 years of experience with developing strategic marketing initiatives;
β€’ At least 3 years of experience with developing the conceptual design, creation, and delivery of advertising campaigns through media channels, including digital, social, and print; and
β€’ At least 3 years of experience with developing designs assets including but not limited to brochures, infographics, handouts, websites, and digital banners.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
1. Conduct at least 1 but no more than 2 meetings per month for a maximum of 9 meetings with the Department to review the project timeline, tasks, and progress, and to gather information to support the completion of project deliverables. Meetings are expected to be planned for 1-hour in length. Meetings must be documented through meeting minutes. Meetings minutes must be submitted to the Department’s contract manager within seven business days following the meeting. Meeting minutes must document the following:
β€’ Date of meeting;
β€’ List of attendees;
β€’ Tasks with due dates; and
β€’ Summary of information discussed during the meeting.
2. Develop and conduct a presentation on a 1-year Marketing Plan in consultation with the Department to support the promotion of and engagement in the 2022-2027 Florida Tobacco Strategic Plan by December 19, 2022, as follows:
β€’ Develop and submit the Marketing Plan to the Department no later than December 16,2022. Components of the Marketing Plan include but are not limited to the following:
o Marketing goals, both short and long-term;
o Current marketing position;
o Marketing strategy;
o Communication objectives;
o Promotion objectives;
o Target market and audience;
o Marketing channels;
o Projected budget;
o Scheduled tasks charted over a timeline, with start and end dates; and
o Key performance indicators that will be tracked.
3. Develop an external facing Florida Tobacco Strategic plan website in consultation with the Department to support the promotion of the 2022-2027 Florida Tobacco Strategic Plan by January 31, 2023. The Department will be responsible for securing a platform to host the website and will provide the contractor access to this platform. Components of the website must include but are not limited to the following:
β€’ Components of the website include but are not limited to the following:
o About the Plan
o Work groups;
o Meetings and Reports;
o Data;
o Resources;
o News and Events; and
o Contact
4. Develop 6 unique Media Assets in consultation with the Department to support the promotion and engagement in the 2022-2027 Florida Tobacco Strategic Plan by February 20, 2023., Media Assets must include but are not limited to the following:
o Logo;
o One-pager;
o Info graphic;
o Presentation; and
o Print or digital advertisement;
