Marketing Project Coordinator 

Objective: To support the integrated marketing team in their execution of asset deliverables, cross functional communication, event and tradeshow production. 

Responsibilities 

• Support Marketing Manager by communicating quarterly distributor marketing assets.
• Input creative requests into our Asana ticketing system.
• Edit assets for product and campaign accuracy.
• Assist Project Manager in communication with vendors for the creation of physical assets.
• Hold open communication with distribution sales team to effectively execute campaigns and content in a timely manner.
• Continuously review competing brands and assist with light product development research.
• Make note of all tradeshow supplies & request experiential marketing materials for upcoming events.
• Own events calendar and communicate with sales team where event staffing is needed.
• Coordinate the appropriate merchandise for all marketing events.
• Work with outside vendors and marketing team to produce tradeshows and events.
• Track events budget to make sure team is within appropriate range.
• Own Highspot organization, uploading, and tagging of new assets & communicating with sales team to maximize the platform’s capabilities. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Willing to learn the current catalog of product
• Organized, problem solver with strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and work in a collaborative setting
