Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide project management and production coordination on a variety of
marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activities: - Assisting with execution and follow up for events and tradeshows
cove.tool attends or hosts - Supporting promotion, execution and follow up for cove.tool
webinars and training sessions - Conducting project management and diligent proofing of a variety
of print and digital marketing collateral materials and content
including ads, brochures, blogs, e-books, guides, newsletter and
assorted graphics - Assisting Director of Demand Generation in designing and executing
B2B marketing campaigns that result in qualified lead generation
oSupporting e-mail marketing efforts including drafting and
scheduling emails with specific attention on ensuring the correct,
intended recipients are targeted - Using HubSpot Analytics to analyze and report results in order to
create effective campaigns & strategies - Creating and double-checking workflow automations
- Assisting the Marketing Department with website updates
- Help organize and conduct market research on competitors and their
products - Support Sales, Customer Success and Research teams with prospect and
customer surveys
Required Skills:
- Â 2+ years of relevant digital experience.
- Â Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
- Â Experience with an email marketing automation/logic-based workflows in HubSpot
- Â Past experience designing and executing marketing campaigns
- Â Experience with B2B marketing, social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Â Clear and effective communication skills
- Â Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Â Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members and clients
