The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the onboarding and project timelines for various marketing campaigns, including paid ads, email/SMS, and offline initiatives. This client-facing role ensures timely project delivery by organizing tasks, proofing campaign materials, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients. The Project Coordinator will also oversee campaign testing, monitor project progress, and support clients throughout the onboarding and fulfillment processes. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations through regular reviews and product testing.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful project implementation and integration.

  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring they align with scope and timelines. Monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track.

  • Engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather essential items, provide updates, and manage expectations.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and time management strategies.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of deliverables. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of organization, documentation, attention to detail, excellent work output and positive attitude towards client, internal teams, and external partners.

  • Respond to and acknowledge client communications in a timely manner. Log all communications.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday) and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience and Education requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, client-facing roles, or marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience with project management software and CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and client onboarding processes.

  • Certifications in project management or marketing are a plus but not required.
