The Marketing Project Coordinator will handle workflows, scheduling, and approvals for all Marketing Operations deliverables launched by the Science and Math Marketing team.
The Project Coordinator will maintain campaign calendars as well as manage small to medium Science and Math Marketing projects, including cross-functional initiatives that involve stakeholders and collaborators in Product, Sales, and Partner Success. This is a stepping stone role for someone who wants to grow in product marketing and project management.

Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00.

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
Manage Science and Math Marketing team's small/medium deliverables from start to close including:
- Attend creative launch meetings and clarify the creative direction
- Input and track active projects in Workfront, our project management system
- Manage workflows, deadlines, and approvals to complete projects on schedule
- Track and communicate project status, issues, risks, and decisions to colleagues, and senior management as needed
- Run status meetings and maintain notes to keep all stakeholders and collaborators informed
- Manage product marketing roadmaps and campaign calendars
- Make recommendations for process improvements as appropriate
Basic Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years' experience in project management, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Google Apps and other common professional software
Preferred Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:
- Professional work experience in the education and/or education technology field
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple key partners at varying levels of an organization
- Strong writing skills, including attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and structure
- Understanding of and experience collaborating with the diverse range of populations supported by Amplify STEM programs
- Keen interest in a career in project management and marketing
