What you'll do:

Marketing Project Management Intern internship duties may include:

  • The PM intern role supports the program managers in managing prioritized marketing-led initiatives within the business areas he or she serves. Working closely with leadership teams, stakeholder groups and functional working teams, the primary function of this role is to ensure that prioritized project work is tracked and managed in our project management software and provide status updates to the team. The intern will also support an effort to research and potentially roll out new features to our tool including risk and budget management features and calendaring view.

Additional Details:

  • 12-week paid summer internship
  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • All work is expected to be hybrid in Indianapolis
  • Housing stipends are available for eligible candidates

Requirements:

  • Minimum ofone year of college coursework completed

  • Preferred areas of study include: Marketing, Business, Communications, Process Improvement, or any other related field

  • GPA should be 3.0 or higher
  • Minimum of two years of college coursework completed
  • Any previous internships or work in a related field is desired, but some background in a scheduled, work environment is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a passion for data, adapt to a changing work environment, and be able to work independently, as well as contribute as part of a larger team
  • Advanced verbal and written communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
  • Coursework that involves honing strong communication and time-management skills is helpful in this position, and participation in clubs or sports that involve team collaboration a plus.

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
