JOB SUMMARY:
Restore is transforming from a retail-first wellness brand to a digital-first health innovator. As a Marketing Project Manager, you'll act as a forward-thinking strategist and a skilled executor who ultimately owns the delivery of our work. You'll be a driving force to keep our team, stakeholders, and projects on track. You will lead efforts on multiple initiatives across a number of strategic priorities ranging from creative workflow to content creation and implementation across our entire ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the entire process-scoping work, developing project plans, assigning resources, and handling delivery, QA and launch.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, agency experience preferred
• Be able to provide a portfolio of high impact content and digital/technology projects you helped deliver; including campaigns, blog, video, social, websites, mobile app, and podcasts, a plus.
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining project management processes and systems, following industry best-practices including:
  • A clear understanding of agile and scrum methodologies and how to adapt them for Restore.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello, Miro, SmartSheet, etc.)
  • Driving quarterly planning and sprint planning, vendor management, and process documentation
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels
  • Delivering quarterly reports
  • An understanding of 360/integrated marketing campaigns, and the integration of social and digital content into those larger campaigns preferred (including milestones, alignment across project schedules, etc), and above the line execution experience (photoshoot and video productions), a plus.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes, as well as external resources, including third-party vendors.
• Providing support and also leading branded partnerships and sponsorships
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, and client-facing confidence that advances dialogue, sells ideas, and creates strong relationships.
• Extremely strong team player who can manage multiple team personalities, clients, projects, and priorities
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented who can manage up and down across the organization
