Marketing Project Manager

• Audit, learn, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of current processes and systems with an eye towards continual improvement.
• Based on learnings, design a project management workflow that enables good work to be done well, on time, and within budget.
• Completely own and manage the workflow of cross-functional projects within Awardco’s marketing department.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal creation teams and external vendors with a focus on high-quality delivery.
• Foster communication with all stakeholders to obtain proper input and engagement.
• Create and manage project plans: deliverables calendars, deadlines, assignments, reviews, approvals, etc.
• Assist with budget creation and tracking spend.

• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Keen eye for details
• Deep and abiding love of process
• Familiarity with scrum and sprint planning
• Proficiency in Monday.com or other current project management tools
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Friendly, people-oriented personality
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management or scrum master experience
• 4-years Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
